Five Central McLean runners represented the Cougar athletes at the State Class B Cross Country Meet held Saturday in Valley City.

The Center-Stanton Wildcats came into last Tuesday’s regional match-up against the Underwood Comets, then watched as that number one spot started fading away as the home-standing Comets defeated the Wildcats in the first two sets, 25-15 and 25-18.
