The Turtle Lake-Mercer Mc-Clusky sports co-op committee met March 20 2012 at the Turtle Lake-Mercer school.
Trojans 4th in Region 5
The Turtle Lake-Mercer McClusky Trojans placed 4th in the Region 5 Tournament at Mandan High School.
Trojans advance to Region 5 semi-finals
The Turtle Lake-Mercer Mc-Clusky Trojans advance to the Region 5 semi-final game by defeating the Standing Rock Warriors 62-43. The Trojans will play Bismarck Shiloh Christian. Shiloh Christian defeated Under-wood 59-46.
Trojans third in Region 5
The Turtle Lake-Mercer-Mc-Clusky Trojans finished the 2011-2012 season with 18 wins and six losses and third place in the Region 5 tournament.
Girls finish regular season 12 and 7
The Trojans finished their regular season this past week with one win and two losses to make a 12-win and 7-loss season.
Trojans beat Miners, Knights and Wildcats
The Turtle Lake-Mercer Mc-Clusky Trojans picked up five wins this past week. The girls defeated the Wilton/Wing Miners 65-26 in district action.
Girls slip to 8-5
The Trojans girls team slip-ped to eight wins and five losses the past week. The girls beat Sawyer 61-36 but lost to Surrey 55-54 and Towner/Granville/Up-ham, 51-37.
Trojans stop Comets
The Trojans defeated the Underwood Comets in a double-header.
Trojans win 3-lose 1
The boys picked up a pair of wins this past week. Tuesday night they defeated the Wash-burn Cardinals 74-51 and on Saturday they defeated the Harvey/Wells County Hornets 80-62.
TL-MM Trojans 2012 McLean County Champs
The Turtle Lake-Mercer Mc-Clusky Trojans defeated the Washburn Cardinals 54-53 for the 2012 Championship.
