$1 million bond set for 2 shooting suspects
Bonds were set at $1 million each for the two men arrested in connection with shootings Jan. 31 in Beulah.
District Judge Sonna Anderson set the cash-only bond for Richard Whitman and Cody Borner during a bond hearing that occurred in district court Thursday in Stanton. The decision was set for the defendants’ suspected involvement in the shooting and killing of Michael Padilla and the shooting and injuring of Timothy Padilla.
