Annabelle hangs up
A development in Hazen three years in the making ended with a two-minute voicemail left at City Hall last week.
Don Maietta of Annabelle Homes in Minneapolis left the message for City Commission President Mark Nygard April 29 saying it would not be able to move forward and “it is just best for us to respectfully step away,” he said.
