Bringing color and life to Hazen

Both pretty and practical, Little Greens aims to help Hazen residents find the perfect plants for growing their gardens and beautifying their homes.
Little Greens opened to the public May 2, with the greenhouse put up in mid April. The new business is located along West Main St., across from the Pretty Petals building.
Kolter Karges, owner of Little Greens, said he’s always had the green thumb.
“It’s always been something I’ve been interested in trying,” he said. He has been involved in various farmer’s markets in the area, and hopes this new endeavor will provide a unique variety of vegetables, flowers and more throughout the season.
