Challenges and opportunities

It’s been a bizarre month for everyone in adjusting to social distancing and the other responses and recommendations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. And everyone has seen opportunities and events they were looking forward to suddenly disappear from their schedules.
But it may be the Hazen High School seniors, so eager to take advantage of every moment of their last semester together here before going their separate ways, who are faced with the most difficult reality.
From the classroom to the track field, from final state competitions in activities they love to a Grand March down the gym floor on the night of their prom: all of these memories and hallmarks of the senior year have been thrown into question.
