Christmann wins PSC seat
Randy Christmann was not sure how his Public Service Commission race against Brad Crabtree would end until the final weeks of the election, and he couldn’t ask for a better result.
“I could really sense momentum moving our direction,” he said. “We have spent an enormous amount of time on the eastern side of North Dakota ... To have that sense, it just seemed to go our way.”
