City Commission agrees to reappraisal contract
So what’s it worth to you? If you’re talking your home’s property value, Vanguard Appraisals will soon tell you. In a special meeting held last Wednesday, the Hazen City Commission agreed to enter into a property appraisal contract with Vanguard Appraisals, Inc., of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The contract calls for reappraisal of all residential and commercial properties in Hazen.
