City opens bids for Elbowoods Drive project
Prices show a $500,000 spread

The bids are in for the Elbowoods Drive and Park Place project, but the numbers didn’t quite match up.
Hazen City commissioners Mark Nygard and Judy Brunmeier watch city auditor Monte Erhardt open for qualified bids for the water and sewer project Thursday at Hazen City Hall.
