City takes steps to finalize Annabelle land transfer
With a recommendation for approval from the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the table, the Hazen City Commission unanimously approved a preliminary plat and rezoning of property that’s slated for commercial and residential development in west Hazen.
The proposed 22.4-acre development, “Annabelle Hilltop,” would include 30 town homes with 30 two-car garages, 25 single-family homes, two 10,000-square foot office/retail buildings and a 42-room hotel with swimming pool and conference center.
