Commission: agreement with Annabelle Homes needs more work
The Hazen City Commission agreed that a drafted agreement between the city and Minnesota-based developer Annabelle Homes needed more work at the commission’s regular meeting Monday at Hazen City Hall.
Annabelle Homes proposed to build 25 town homes, 23 single-family homes, two office buildings and a 42-plus-room hotel on about 23 acres in west Hazen where the city’s tree and grass dump site and RV park are currently located.
