Committee gives grievant 2 more weeks
The Mercer County Policy Committee has given a former county employee until March 7 to request another hearing on a grievance filed against the Mercer County Highway Department.
The committee made the decision after the grievant, Jonas Biffert, Halliday, did not attend a scheduled hearing Feb. 15 at the Mercer County Courthouse in Stanton.
