Community celebrates new grocery store
The parking lot at the new Krause’s Super Valu has 155 parking spots. That capacity was stretched to the absolute limit during the grocery store’s open house and ribbon-cutting ceremonies last week at the store’s new location in west Hazen. The community turned out in large numbers to celebrate the opening of the store at the open house last Tuesday evening and the store’s ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday morning. On top of the addition of about 100 parking spots from their previous location downtown, here are some other fast facts about the new facility:
