Considering the stakes

Although it is now mid-March, the threat of winter weather hasn’t disappeared yet.
In fact, March and early April can sometimes be among the snowiest and wettest months of the year.
Of course, these are also times when people get busy, beginning to travel again and attend different events. It’s the time when winter sports hold their regional and state tournaments, meaning more vehicles out on the roads.
