Double-wide trouble
Though both parties would like to avoid it, city of Hazen may get caught in a lawsuit with contractors over a misunderstanding.
“Nonetheless we are stuck here with a double-wide and we paid for it based on decisions and conversations we had with Mr. (Steve) Frovarp,” Russ Connor said Feb. 19 during a Hazen City Commission meeting at City Hall.
