Hazen and Beulah grocery stores have no cantaloupe concerns
Local grocery shoppers will not find any cantaloupes in Hazen or Beulah that were grown on farms linked to illnesses in 19 states, including North Dakota.
The North Dakota Department of Health is investigating a single case of listeria in North Dakota associated with a multi-state outbreak investigation. The patient was a female age 60 or older who resides in Stutsman County. The patient became ill in early September and was hospitalized.
