Hazen, Center-Stanton miss AYP again
Less than a third of North Dakota’s school districts passed a national proficiency test, and school officials say the standards must change.
“The system is not fair anymore to requires 95-100 percent of our students making proficiency,”Hazen Public Schools Superintendent Mike Ness.
