HCD moves to fill commerce center building in west Hazen
Hazen Community Development and the city of Hazen took steps Monday to fill space in the empty commerce center building in west Hazen. The 3-year-old building has drawn significant interest that just hasn’t panned out for one reason or another, according to Hazen Community Development Executive Director Duke Rosendahl.
