It’s about time (zone), once again
The last time the issue came up, Mercer County Commissioner Wayne Entze received "nasty" phone calls and went nights without sleep, he said. Needless to say, lines are passionately divided in Mercer County. Beulah Chamber of Commerce representatives approached the County Commission at their regular meeting last Wednesday to urge the commission to petition the Department of Transportation to consider changing Mercer County from Mountain time to Central time.
