It’s complicated

Hazen Public Schools could end up dishing out $75,000 on doors to keep its students safe, officials said Monday at an HPS Board meeting.
Superintendent Mike Ness gave estimates from two security companies that could install a new system into the school. Midwest Investigation & Security Inc., West Fargo, gave the school an estimate of $35,174. Ness expected Energy Tech Systems of Bismarck could do the job for $75,000.
