NDIRF asks judge to dismiss lawsuit against city of Hazen
An attorney representing the city of Hazen through the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund has asked a judge for dismissal of a lawsuit filed against the city. At the Hazen City Commission’s regular meeting Monday evening, Hazen city attorney Pat Donovan revealed that former city bus driver Marian Keller, Hazen, is suing the city for $19,500 in damages plus interest for the denial of benefits during her employment with the city.
