It’s back to the drawing board with the county’s personal use policy, but it didn’t fall without a fight.
Mercer County commissioners failed the second reading 3-2 July 17 at the County Courthouse in Stanton. Commissioners Duane Scheurer and Wayne Entze voted to pass the policy.
