Planning and Zoning, landowners debate wind farm permit length
Gradually, the proposed Mercer County ordinance governing wind power (and, eventually, other renewable energy sources) is taking shape.
But there is a lot of discussion on the specifics within the ordinance, especially as two landowners who own property within Capital Power’s proposed “Garrison Butte Wind Farm” project attended the latest planning and zoning meeting, seeking clarifications and asking questions.
