Properties getting final primping for their possible sale
Just in time for the Hazen City Commission meeting Monday evening, the City Planning and Zoning Board recommended the current nursery property and potential nursery property both be rezoned to allow the movement of the Sam Reich Memorial Tree Nursery. The west Hazen property in Christmann II where the current nursery sits, the proposed property for the nursery in North Star IV north of Highway 200 west of the tennis courts, and an unplatted area just west of the latter site were granted approval to be rezoned Commercial II by the commission, which would allow both potential construction of Krause’s Super Valu on the current nursery site as well as the establishment of a new tree nursery in North Star IV Addition.
