Reappraisals receive final approval
The Hazen Board of Equalization reconvened Monday at Hazen City Hall to give final approval on a citywide reappraisal of all residential and commercial Hazen property.
The meeting was a continuation of a Board of Equalization meeting held April 14, at which there were nearly 50 residents who attended to voice their concerns or learn more about their property appraisals. Due to resident concerns the board tabled final action until the disputed properties could be re-evaluated and reassessed by City planner Steve Frovarp.
