Rocky road?
Hazen commissioners are ready to build the RV park road, but one believes they may be too far ahead of the curve.
The commission voted 3-1 Monday at City Hall to start the road project this fall weather permitting. The gravel street would connect 10th Street Northeast to Mercer County Road 18 and cost the city $73,888, according to Ulteig, a Bismarck-based engineering group. The city does not have to bid out the project since it is less than $100,000.
