Rural residents concerned about railroad crossings
Janis “John” and Lina Lamsters know all too well the importance of safety at railroad crossings.
Several years ago, Lina’s sister was struck and killed by a train less than a mile away from their rural Stanton home.
To help reduce the potential for future tragedy, the Lamsters would like to know who’s responsible for removing snow ridges left in railroad crossings near their Stanton home about four miles west of Stanton.
