Settlements agreed upon in discrimination charges
Settlements have been reached in two cases of discrimination charges against the Mercer County Road Department.
In separate letters from the North Dakota Department of Labor to Mercer County State’s Attorney Jessica Binder dated Nov. 16, the NDDL stated it is closing the investigation into the charges of age discrimination following negotiated settlements between the county and charging parties.
