Walker and Colin Johnson plan to enter the United States Army, Wiedrich the United State Air Force, Traiser and Larson the United States Marine Corp, and Jordan Johnson the United States Army National Guard.
“It’s just something honorable,” Wiedrich said. “Not very many want to do it, if you believe you are the type of people who can, then you should.”
Walker plans to leave Hazen in July to travel to Fort Benning, Ga., for advanced individual training. The training lasts 10 weeks at Fort Benning, after which he plans to head to For Eustis, Va., for an additional 20 weeks.
