Snyder named to Academic All-State

One Hazen High School senior was recognized at the state level for his successes in his academic pursuits and his overall school life.
Brandon Snyder was nominated by Principal Monty Mayer for the 2020 North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principles Academic All-State. The event allows high school principles to nominate a senior for outstanding academic achievements, who then compete for honors at both the Class A and Class B levels.
“Basically, I believe that Mr. Mayer nominated me,” Snyder said. “Each school had to pick one student, and then there’s a board that looks at it and determines who is on the team.”
