The ‘good, bad and ugly’
It was a perfect fall evening for a hot bowl of homemade soup, as about 50 Hazen residents attended the Comprehensive Plan Open House Monday evening at Hazen City Hall. The purpose of the open house was to discuss a Comprehensive City Plan being prepared by a steering committee made up of 15 local residents, which is guided by Ulteig Engineering, Fargo. According to Ulteig Senior planner Joel Quanbeck, he wanted to learn "what’s good, what’s bad and what’s ugly" about Hazen from residents at the meeting.
