Vanguard sending letters this week
Hazen residents will find out the new worth of both their home and their neighbor’s home this week. According to city planner Steve Frovarp, Iowa-based Vanguard Appraisals will be sending out letters to all Hazen residents toward the end of the week outlining the change, if any, in their property valuation. All of Hazen’s assessed property values are online at www.northdakotaassessors.com.
