City spent roughly $2,200 in publication of meeting minutes in 2023; More than $4K less than discussed at meeting
After a discussion earlier this month among Washburn commissioners regarding the cost to publish meeting minutes and a push to change ballot language to address the cost, it was determined the city actually paid only about a third of the cost than what was stated per year.
