Hall announces resignation

By Danielle Abbott

During the past 13 years, Mr. Randy Hall has built the Washburn music department from the ground up. Countless students have graced his classroom, learning the basics and advancements of the musical field. The vibrant hum of musical instruments can be heard throughout the hallways and classrooms of the Washburn School. The band can be seen playing at numerous annual concerts including the impressive winter holiday production. The pep band can also be seen and heard at the school’s football and basketball games. For years Mr. Hall has helped students gain the knowledge and confidence to play their selected instruments proudly. Hall has also spent six years as the shared music teacher for Wilton Schools. "My time at Washburn has been very rewarding. The students both in Washburn and Wilton have been outstanding to work with over the years," Hall said.
