‘You don’t win awards like this alone’
What started out as a dream to coach student athletes and turned into a passion to educate students, as led to a local school leader earning the Superintendent of the Year Award.
Wilton Public School Superintendent Andrew Jordan was named North Dakota’s Superintendent of the Year by the North Dakota Association of School Administrators.
The award, which was announced Oct. 16, is part of the Sourcewell, Core Bridge and AASA Superintendent of the Year program, according to a press release issued by the school district.
Since the announcement, Jordan told The Leader-News it has been a little “overwhelming” when it comes to people reaching out with “congratulations.”
