Minot man named in traffic-stop death south of Wilton
A Minot man has been identified as a driver who shot himself following a traffic stop just south of Wilton.
According to Burleigh County Sheriff’s Department Major Jim Hulm, a deputy performed a traffic stop at about 9:30 a.m. northbound on U.S. Highway 83 just south of Wilton after they believed a driver might be impaired.
Hulm described the traffic stop as a “typical DUI” stop,
