Storm to stretch through Thursday
Officials are advising residents to be cautious both onthe road and on foot this weekas frigid conditions hit the area.The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for central and western North Dakota Tuesday, warning of blowing snow and dangerous wind chills that are expected to last through at least Thursday. According to the NWS, blowing snow is expected to restrict visibility on roadways Wednesday and Thursday, with fresh accumulation worsening the situation as the week progresses.
