Washburn residential structure value to increase by 5%
The residential structure value in the city of Washburn will be going up 5%, which will be issued near the end of this year.
The Washburn City Council opened its April monthly meeting with the Board of Equalization on April 8 at the city hall.
City of Washburn Assessor Ryan Oberg told city commissioners the board started with a 5% increase across the board county wide.
