Boys head to shootout Friday

McLean County plays host to some varsity boys action this weekend with the return of the annual McLean County Shootout.
A dozen area teams will converge in Washburn and Underwood Friday for day one of a two-day shootout for varsity boys teams.
Friday
Day one will feature three games at Wilton, with Washburn and Glen Ullin-Hebron facing off at 4 p.m. The following game will be between Garrison and Solen and begin at 5:30, with a match between Wilton-Wing and White Shield slated to start at 7 p.m.
At the same time, Underwood will host three games at the school on Friday. At 4 p.m., Max and Standing Rock will do battle, with Richardton-Taylor and Warwick hitting the court at 5:30 p.m. The final game for Underwood on Friday will be between the host school and New England, with action beginning at 7 p.m.
