Cardinals split opening doubleheader with Shiloh Christian
The WWCS baseball team saw their 2025 season kick into gear this past week with a doubleheader against Shiloh Christian, dropping the first game 7-1 before bouncing back with a 7-4 win in the second non-counter game. Despite the early setback, Head Coach Alex Horner is staying focused on the big picture.
“It is early in the season, and we are working out the wrinkles,” Horner said.
“We are getting back into the game and are looking to take some big steps forward through the season.”
