Hot start continues for Post 12

After losing a few games earlier this season, Post 12 have been unstoppable as of late going 6-0 in conference play.

The bats seem to be hard to silence from opposing pitchers as the ping from the aluminum is constant up and down the lineup. A host of players are hitting .500, while the pitching has been solid.

Garrett Mosbrucker started the onslaught with a great performance pitching on June 6 versus Stanley. Post 12 shutout the Bluejays getting some great hitting from Karson Backer going 2-3 with three runs scored. They would win this game 9-0 on the arm of Mosbrucker.

The second half of the double header, Post 12 continued to play well with Kolby Yantzer on the mound pitching well and the bats were hotter than two squirrels fighting in a wool sock. Trevor Schreiner batted a thousand while Brandon Jenkins and Trapper Jacobs went 2-3.

They capped off the afternoon with 12 hits and no errors beating them 8-5.
