Hruby named to Team North Dakota for USA Softball All-American games
A standout performance at a highly competitive tryout was earned Wilton-Wing softball player Marissa Hruby the opportunity to compete on one of the biggest stages in youth softball.
Hruby was recently selected to represent USA Softball of North Dakota at the 2025 12U All-American Games, scheduled for Aug. 6-9, 2026, in Oklahoma City.
The selection followed a statewide tryout held in Bismarck that featured many of the top young softball players from across North Dakota.
With a deep and talented field competing for limited roster spots, the evaluation process proved highly competitive throughout the event.
Although specific tryout measurements and statistics were not released, Hruby’s overall performance and consistency during the evaluation process helped separate her from the field and secure her place on Team North Dakota.
The honor places Hruby among the top players in her age division statewide and gives her the opportunity to compete against elite talent from across the country later his summer.
