Washburn Volleyball opens season Sept. 4 at Drake-Anamoose
The Washburn Cardinals Volleyball team will begin their 2025 campaign Sept. 4, when they travel to Drake for a road matchup against Drake-Anamoose.
The opener marks the start of what the Cardinals hope will be a strong season as they look to compete in a balanced and challenging district and regional field.
Under the leadership of head coach Mark Jennings, Washburn will compete in the North Dakota High School Activities Association’s Class B Region 4, District 8.
The district lineup features Center-Stanton, Central McLean, Flasher, Garrison, Mandaree, New Salem-Almont, Standing Rock, White Shield, Wilton-Wing, and Washburn.
