Annual Hospital Association covers large service area

By ALLAN TINKER
When the Turtle Lake Hospital Association annual meeting gathers, those present cover a large representation of Central North Dakota.
With services and patients moving in an “as necessary” flow, anyone hurt, ill, or need emergency care has this facility to serve their needs. The meeting on October 19, was well attended, with only a few absent. These included some ill and others with prior commitments in the communities the hospital serves. Board of Directors present were Craig Pankow, president; Joel Johnson, vice-president, and directors Melanie Wahl, Valerie Thomsen, Brian Kramer, Casey Anderson, and newly elected Dennis Goetz and Grant Boyko, who took their seats after a unanimous ballot approved them and returning board members Pankow and Anderson. Trinity Lutheran Pastor Russ Lambert gave the invocation to start the business meeting, after President Pankow called the meeting to order.
Minutes from the prior annual meeting and a report from the financial agency on their review were approved.
