Dinner theatre rocks

BY ALLAN TINKER
There were a few hitches in the May 11 dinner theatre performance due to farming, family commitments, and flu, but the group persevered with a promise from Music Instructor O’Neil to do better, “Next time.”
The movement in time through the stages of rock and roll music in the United States, seemingly since the days of cavemen, was cheerful and entertaining. Homemade meatballs and cheesecake for dinner didn’t hurt the evening any, either.
The scenes continued with Wolfman Jack and Elvis, Frankie and Annette, Ed Sullivan Show, Top of the World, Song of the River, Rockin’ Robin, YMCA and Rock Reprise.
