Kiddies Parade brings new meaning to “Awesome”

The Friday late afternoon McClusky Summer Celebration kiddies parade 5: 30 p.m. time was perfect. The kids in costume were inspiring. The cooperation to put this together was outstanding. The organizational effort from volunteer Todd Lasher was flawless. Topping it off was the donation for participation coupons provided by West River Telecom. Put this all together with the careful spacing of the entries, which allowed for better photo ops for everyone watching, the lineup of people on the streets as watchers, the availability of seating for the residents of Sheridan Memorial Home and the great support from the parents and SMH staff in helping from all angles, made this parade one to remember.
