Labor Day grand opening for Orion’s Den

It was the start of a business that is suited for the owner, Jeff Martwick, who is skilled in the use and care of firearms.
With the full encouragement of his wife, Rhonda, the Orion’s Den open house on the north end of their residence in McClusky was the site of many guests on Monday, visiting, exploring and purchasing what they found on the shelves and walls of the gun shop.
Martwick has been in other businesses as well. He ran the Highway Café and Bar for many years, helped his dad in the Mobil Oil and gas deliveries and sales, and currently works for the McClusky Co-op Elevator.
Along the way, he talked hunting and guns, hunted as often as he could, and enjoyed spotting wildlife as he made deliveries to the Central Dakota area.
