Local quality of life inspires new resident

Tim Nixon, approved formally to serve on the McClusky Job Development Authority, has a wide work experience background. A recent
former resident of Colorado Springs, he researched several areas before selecting McClusky for his residence. Nixon said he “lives by the Golden Rule,’ and believes education is the key to life. “I have a desire to know and belief that we assemble knowledge by experience. That and the depth of character we develop forms what we are in life.” Tracing his ancestry back to Sudbury, England, and 1920, he was raised by his mother June (Christiansen) and stepfather George Nixon, Later in life, he spent seven years taking care of his mother, who is now in a memory care facility.
