Lumberjake gets helping hand

By ALLAN TINKER
It was the way things go, some projects get held up by the slow project in front of them, some by snow and rain, and some by things one can’t predict, or even understand why, when they happen.
The bid for repairing the building at the McClusky Cemetery has caught the worse of the continuing wet weather and circumstances. A helping hand came in the form of a friend and fellow contractor.
With work partially underway on repairs, Lumberjake’s employee of one month, suffered a family loss. Joseph Jewett’s mother was killed by a drunk driver in an auto accident south of Mandan.
