Manager eligible to reapply for position

The manager who quit Little Hearts Daycare when accused of in appropriate disciplinary actions is free to re-apply for the position, said JDA President Roberta Hunt at a special meeting called to discuss the report from Dakota Central Social Services. “She did nothing wrong,” said Hunt.
According to Colie Kadrmas, the behaviors that prompted the complaint by other daycare staff need to be addressed with appropriate training when dealing with a child’s inappropriate behavior. She recommended that every staff member take the training course from “Growing Futures” entitled “Guiding Behavior: 10 Steps to Positive Discipline.”
